Business Development Manager
- Proven success in consultative sales, backed by a positive attitude and strong initiative

- Qualified to Degree level or with knowledge and ability at an equivalent level in a sales related environment is essential to succeed in this role.
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel (or similar). Delivering relevant training is required so strong communication skills are essential. Travel is a requirement for this role; therefore, a full, current driving license essential. Our Business Development Managers are integral to the success and sustainability of our business - supporting our care homes to maintain and increase self-funder occupancy and income whilst having an up-to-date view on what our competitors are offering within the areas that we operate. Reporting into the Lead Business Development Manager, you will work collaboratively with our Regional and Home Managers as well as the central Marketing and Enquiry Team. You will ensure we're able to run successful marketing campaigns, creating and maximising enquiry pipelines - building strong relationships with key stakeholders and the local community - to enable us to remain the provider of choice.
