We're currently working with a friendly primary school in Lewisham that is looking to appoint a Site Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school premises, helping to ensure everything is ready for pupils and staff each day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Opening and securing the school site

  • Carrying out planned maintenance and minor repairs

  • Managing contractors and external visitors

  • Completing routine health and safety checks

  • Maintaining the school grounds and outdoor areas

  • Supporting site improvement projects and ensuring the premises remain clean, safe, and compliant

The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and take real pride in maintaining high standards. Previous experience in site management, caretaking, facilities, or premises management is essential.

Salary & Benefits
