Our client is seeking a friendly and professional School Receptionist to become a valued member of a welcoming West London school. This is a busy, front-facing role ideal for an organised individual who enjoys working in a school setting and creating a warm, positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities

· Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external professionals

· Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitor sign-in procedures

· Supporting safeguarding procedures, including visitor checks and ID protocols

· Providing administrative support to the school office and senior staff

· Supporting day-to-day school operations in a calm and professional manner

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

· Previous experience in a school-based reception or administrative role

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organisational abilities with close attention to detail

· Confidence using office systems and IT, including email, databases, and Microsoft Office

· A calm and professional approach, particularly in a busy school environment

· Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required (or willingness to obtain one).

This oversubscribed 11-18 mixed school that boasts Good Ofsted report. The school has been categorised as Good in all elements of it’s Ofsted report and continues to succeed and thrive. This oversubscribed school was founded in early 2010 and has high standards which have been represented in their academic results which are well above the national average and is within the top 10% of schools within the borough. We have worked with the school for a number of years and placed a number of staff there, all of which have said it is an excellent place to work both in terms of students and staff members.
