We’re hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK’s most ambitious renewable energy developers. You’ll play a key role in delivering solar, battery storage, and wind projects — supporting everything from early design through to build-out.

Your Role: Key Responsibilities

Pre-Contract Phase

• Develop cost plans, budgets, and risk reviews during FEED and early project stages

Post-Contract Phase

• Manage financial performance: forecasting, cost tracking, change control, and reporting

Contract Administration

• Oversee NEC3/NEC4 contracts, handling variations, compensation events, and compliance

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with project engineers, suppliers, and commercial teams to keep delivery smooth and on target

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Solid grasp of both pre-contract and post-contract phases
• Strong working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract forms
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction/commercial discipline
• UK driving licence preferred (occasional site visits)
