Live-in Housekeeper Cook, £750-£850 per week, Job ID J1DB01

A fantastic family in Victoria, London, is looking for a Live-in Housekeeper to help them maintain the cleanliness of their property and prepare healthy meals for the family. They are looking for someone organised and hardworking who takes initiative with all general housekeeping duties. The housekeeper will also be expected to cook and prepare nutritious meals tailored to the family. They are looking for someone with experience in large homes, who can work well with other housekeepers and Nannies and can confidently cook meals for the whole family. The family have around 4 other nannies, a chef, a driver and a full-time housekeeper, so the candidate must be confident working with others and in a busy household.

Working hours: 5 days per week, 45 hours a week. Flexibility to either do mornings or evenings/flexibility to work with other staff and change hours accordingly.

Accommodation: Own private bedroom, but shared bathroom with 2 other Nannies in the home.

Duties include:

• Ensuring the cleanliness and general upkeep of a private residence
• Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and various surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• Carrying out regular cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen
• Washing, drying, and organising clothing and household linens
• Managing all laundry duties, including ironing and folding
• Making beds and changing bed linen as required
• Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Preparing simple, healthy meals for the family
• Providing general care for the family’s friendly dog
