Salary: £38,000 - £42,000, experience pending. (Willing to pay more for proven serious creative edge, viral hits, agency-level production quality)

About the role: We’re looking for a hands-on, ideas-led Content Creator who can do more than just post – someone who creates . You’ll be the driving force behind our day-to-day brand storytelling and have the skills to take ideas from concept to creation – capturing energy, culture and food in a way that feels current, culturally fluent and unmistakably us.

This role sits at the intersection of social media, photography and videography. You’ll be responsible for ideating, producing and delivering content that brings our brand world to life – from grid posts to campaigns, TikToks to team features. You’ll work closely with the brand and marketing teams, helping us shape and evolve how we show up in the world.

Focus: This is a hands-on creative role with a strong visual focus. Your job is to produce standout content that performs – whether it’s a BTS reel of a kitchen moment, a teaser for a new collab, or stills for a brand campaign. You’ll help shape our creative output across:

• Social media
• Brand campaigns & launches
• Photography & video shoots
• On-site content & team storytelling

Core Role: You’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing a steady flow of engaging content. You’ll also support the broader creative team with visual asset needs across digital and physical touchpoints.

Typical Work Includes:

• Creating photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, web, and email
• Shooting behind-the-scenes and on-location content in our stores
• Leading content capture for new menu launches and partnerships
• Jumping on trends and moments in culture with reactive content
• Building a brand image library and organising assets for internal use
• Collaborating with marketing on monthly content calendars
• Helping evolve our visual style and testing new formats
• Editing reels, stories, short-form videos, and stills to a high standard

Skills & Experience:

• Strong photo + video skills (shooting and editing both)
• Excellent grasp of Instagram, TikTok and visual trends
• Competence with editing tools like Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut or Canva
• Experience managing end-to-end content creation workflows
• Good eye for design, lighting, colour, and composition
• Familiarity with branded content, preferably in food, lifestyle or hospitality
• Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment (in-house, freelance or agency)

Mindset: You are visual and love to ideate. You have a strong point of view, but are always open to feedback. You are as comfortable pitching ideas as you are shooting on the fly. You’re super plugged into culture, trends and emerging formats - but you also know when to ignore them too. You move quickly, love to collaborate and above all, take pride in making sure things look and feel on point.
