About the Team
Our Reward team are experts in placing Reward and People Analytics professionals from Analysts through to Directors and Heads of Reward. Our team of two (soon to be three), led by market leader Lucy Bills, possesses a strong network and track record within Financial Services. We deliver searches on a retained and exclusive contingent basis to an impressive client base.
We’re seeking a visionary senior recruiter to expand our Reward & People Analytics practice. This is a strategic role for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to shape the future of HR recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Development: Cultivate senior-level relationships and deliver retained and exclusive search solutions
- Market Expansion: Leverage your network to grow our footprint across Financial Services and C&I
- Thought Leadership: Represent Catalyst at industry events and contribute to our brand presence
- Operational Excellence: Champion best practices, data-driven recruitment, and continuous improvement
Who You Are
- A senior recruiter with a proven track record in Reward, People Analytics, or broader HR recruitment
- Alternatively, an Associate Director-level or above recruiter from Accounting & Finance or C&I with a desire to specialise in HR
- With lots of scope for growth, we'd be keen to speak to experienced candidates with either perm or interim recruitment skillsets. There is an opportunity to take a lead on the team's interim offering and shape its future
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and leadership experience
- A values-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Experienced in 360 recruitment or executive search within an agency setting
