Merchandising Administration Assistant
We’re looking for a detail-driven and commercially curious Online Merchandising Admin Assistant, ideally suited to a recent graduate or a Merchandising Admin Assistant with around one year of experience. This role supports the day-to-day running and growth of our online and marketplace channels. The business works with several well-known names in the fashion space, with a strong focus on jewellery collections, making this a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving e-commerce environment. You’ll help optimise product listings to improve visibility and conversion, support new product launches, assist with promotions around key trading events, and track performance through KPIs and reporting. Working closely with internal teams and 3PL retail partners, you’ll use data to identify opportunities, improve product presentation, and ensure stock levels align with sales performance. The role also includes campaign coordination, post-promotion analysis, stock and margin reporting, and supporting user experience improvements across digital platforms. Strong Excel skills and a data-driven mindset are key, along with confidence using (or learning) tools such as Google Analytics, Cin7 and Power BI. If you’re organised, analytical, Excel-savvy, and keen to build a career in online merchandising, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while working closely with experienced teams. Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience Location: Richmond office, 5 days per week Benefits: 22 days holiday, your birthday off, plus 4 wellness days per year
