Location : Hybrid - 2 days/week in our offices in Uxbridge or Manchester.

In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with managing a portfolio of key accounts, consistently surpassing sales targets, and fostering enduring client relationships. You will also play a role in spearheading multi-level selling strategies across both Technology and Solutions, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled value and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs to create strategic account plans.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Utilize internal systems to track progress against targets and manage account plans effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build professional relationships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to share insights and drive business goals.
- Engage in continuous learning through training programs offered by Insight.
Essential Experience/Skills:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets both in Technology and Solutions in Public Sector.
- Experience of managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to completion for a book of existing accounts in Public Sector.
- Able to quickly gain thorough understanding of the customer requirements.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- A team player with a flexible approach and “Can do” attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills.
