We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team and lead engaging, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive attendance, awards entries, and sponsorship opportunities across our events portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the marketing team, you will plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that connect healthcare professionals with our industry-leading conferences and awards.
Your work will directly impact the success and growth of our events portfolio.
Campaign Strategy & Delivery
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, website, and digital channels.
- Drive delegate registrations, awards entries, and sponsorship leads.
- Ensure all marketing messaging is clear, compelling and tailored to different audience segments.
Audience Growth
- Build and manage targeted audience databases aligned with event audience profiles.
- Identify new opportunities to reach healthcare leaders and decision makers.
- Work with sales and production teams to identify potential sponsors and partners.
Marketing Execution
- Manage and optimise event websites and digital content.
- Create engaging marketing collateral including emails, brochures, invitations and social campaigns.
- Build and deploy campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
Performance & Insights
- Track campaign performance against clear KPIs and acquisition targets.
- Analyse results to optimise campaigns and improve performance.
- Contribute to post-event analysis and insights to drive future improvements.
Event Support
- Provide on-site support at key industry events.
- Lead the social media promotion and engagement strategy around events.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and passionate about marketing.
Essential
- 1.5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
- Experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across a business
- A data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing events, conferences or awards
- Knowledge of the UK healthcare sector
- Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems
Tools & Platforms
Experience with the following is beneficial:
- Marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot or similar)
- CRM platforms (Salesforce or MS Dynamics)
- Social media management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite etc.)
- Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
- CMS and SEO basics
- Microsoft Office and SharePoint
