Aristocrat is looking for an outstanding and dedicated Commercial Finance Manager to join our ambitious team, supporting the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Latin American (LATAM) Gaming businesses. This position will partner closely across the organization, including Sales, Business Operations, Commercial Strategy, Supply Chain, and other Finance teams and functions to get results, build value, and identify and deliver process improvements.

What you'll do

  • Conduct financial modelling and analysis for potential new market opportunities and new central initiatives
  • Drive management reporting and data analysis that deliver key insights to business partners on financial and sales funnel performance
  • Assist in the delivery of accurate Sales and Operations Planning requirements for the region
  • Support and/or lead FP&A activities for the region. Responsibilities include developing the annual budget specific to this area, managing long-term planning activities, and overseeing rolling forecast processes. Emphasize timeliness, accuracy, and accountability for results.
  • Support delivery of the region’s pricing strategy
  • Support the Director Commercial Finance EMEA and & LATAM Gaming with deal evaluation and commercial governance for the business, driving collaboration across the business
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial planning and reporting processes, employing relevant technologies
  • Coordinate with the regional accounting team to ensure an accurate and timely month-end close process
  • Lead by example in building and maintaining a high-performance culture
  • Provide vital metrics and KPIs on a timely basis in accordance with business & regulatory requirements
  • Track, supervise and handle opportunities and risks in the EMEA & LATAM Gaming P&L’s
  • Partner with the business, providing analysis and support and/or lead development of business cases and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for each region
  • Identify and analyse efficiencies in the business to motivate change and automation, increase revenue and build a strong team member engagement
  • Ability to successfully navigate ambiguity and break down sophisticated problems to provide clear and effective recommendations
  • Assist with competitor and market analysis to drive commercial recommendations

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • 7+ years of finance experience across multiple finance areas (for example, FP&A, controllership, commercial, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and sophisticated financial modelling skills
  • Dedication to team development and continuous improvement
  • Confidence to handle sophisticated projects and drive them to solution
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence key team members
  • Track record of financial and operational improvement initiatives
  • Ability to see the big picture but able to dive into the details when required
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Reporting Tools (e.g. TM1, Anaplan, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in our central London office
