Job Description
What you’ll do
As a Certification Integrity Officer , you’ll support the Certification Integrity team in ensuring our certification processes run smoothly and meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tracking and reporting key performance indicators
- Supporting audit and compliance processes
- Managing digital tools like the BRCGS Directory and MyBRCGS
- Communicating with global certification bodies
- Assisting with data analysis and reporting
- Helping with document translations and consultant invoicing
- Supporting new certification body applications
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Detail oriented and organised
- Curious and eager to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- A great teammate who can also work independently
- A recent graduate in food science, bioscience, or a related field (preferred)
- Bonus: Additional language skills
