Production Operative (Extrusion)

We produce lightweight foams for a wide range of markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive, and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and supplies advanced insulation systems.

About the Role:

As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in manufacturing our industry-leading foam products. You’ll operate equipment and processes safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll help ensure our products meet technical specifications and are delivered on time to our global customers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently in line with company procedures
• Monitor product and equipment performance, taking corrective action where needed
• Conduct effective shift handovers and maintain accurate production records
• Report issues or unsafe practices promptly to the Line Manager
• Support continuous improvement and maintain high quality standards
• Maximise output and quality through teamwork and best practice

What you'll need:

• At least 1 year’s experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, organised and safety-focused approach
• Basic IT skills
