What you’ll do:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing key administrative and project management services and support to multiple Senior Consulting Leadership Team members.
This includes but not limited to:
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, conferences, and travel, and coordinate detailed itineraries for senior leaders.
Oversee travel and expense management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Screen and prioritise communications (emails, calls, correspondence) for optimal executive efficiency.
Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute presentations, proposals, and deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.
Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
Project & Business Support
Lead logistics and coordination for regional business planning, including partnership meetings, collecting and analysing internal Gartner data and external market data.
Independently manage ad-hoc projects as defined by management, ensuring timely completion.
Assist with communication plans for programmes and campaigns, supporting key stakeholders across the organisation to drive change and optimisation.
Partner with Professional Development and Recruitment teams to coordinate on-site interviews and recruiting activities.
Office & Facility Management
Ensure all office hardware and equipment are functioning; manage building/facility issues, including work orders and access/security concerns.
Order office supplies and liaise with building management as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a professional services or consulting organisation.
Demonstrated track record of operational efficiency and successful execution in fast-paced environments.
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities; able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of finance or accounting principles.
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and driven personality; socially savvy and open.
Superior project management skills, with a strong understanding of business operations, process planning, and problem-solving.
Ability to build and sustain executive relationships as a trusted business advisor, across a geographically dispersed team.
Excellent conflict management skills
Expertise in MS Office; experience with CRM systems and Power BI is a plus.
