Senior Event Project Manager
Hybrid working: 3 days in office
Household–name global brands, a full–service agency where events sit alongside content, film and campaigns, and a Senior Event Project Manager role with full account ownership from pitch through delivery. Blue–chip clients across financial services, technology and consumer sectors, real budget authority, and a hybrid working pattern.
– Blue–chip client portfolio across multiple sectors
– Full strategic account ownership from pitch through delivery
– Full–service creative agency: events, content, campaigns, film and more
– Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 from home
– Line management responsibility with room to build your team
The Company
This is a full–service London creative agency delivering meaningful experiences across events, content production, creative campaigns, film and podcasts. The breadth of output under one roof means genuine collaboration with specialists across disciplines, and a Senior Event Project Manager here works across a client base that spans household–name global brands in financial services, technology and consumer sectors.
The Role
As Senior Event Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple complex projects simultaneously, leading internal teams and freelancers from brief through to onsite delivery, while holding and developing key client relationships with some of the agency's most important accounts.
– Own and develop client relationships, prioritising a key strategic account
– Lead project teams, including freelancers, across all delivery elements
– Build and manage project budgets, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation
– Drive preplanning and onsite execution across all allocated projects
– Engage and manage suppliers including venues, production and talent
– Lead pitches and tender responses for new and retained business
– Identify cost and process efficiencies across the project portfolio
– Perform line management responsibilities for designated direct reports
The Candidate
The right Senior Event Project Manager will have delivered complex, multi–workstream events or experiential projects from end to end and owned client relationships, not just serviced them. You will be comfortable holding full budget responsibility and leading mixed teams of staff and freelancers across concurrent projects.
Experience leading pitches or tender responses and a strong grasp of supplier management across venues, production and talent are beneficial but not essential. Backgrounds in agency, experiential or corporate events are all relevant, and any track record of driving process improvement and cost efficiency will strengthen your application.
Proper account ownership, a portfolio of work that carries genuine weight on a CV, and a hybrid pattern that actually delivers flexibility. This is what a Senior Event Project Manager role at this level should look like. Interviews are being arranged now, so get your application across and secure your place in the process.
