Restaurant Manager (Hiring Immediately)

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

• Managing and leading the restaurant team, ensuring the smooth running of service and the carrying out of duties in a professional and timeous manner. 

• Providing excellent customer service to guests in accordance with Belmond and Leading Quality Assurance standards. 

• Being fully conversant and aware of all guests’ dietary requirements. 

• Working with the Train Manager and Head Chef on menu planning and pricing. 

• Overseeing and controlling scheduling to ensure adequate coverage according to business levels. 

• Continuously striving to improve and innovate product and services. 

Requirements

What You Bring: 

• Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK. 

• 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. 

• Proven leadership ability and experience in managing and coordinating different teams. 

• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management, tourism or business studies. 

• Extensive food and beverage product knowledge, including a good understanding of flavour profiles.
