We are specifically looking for someone with project coordination or management experience in an equipment installation or construction projects based business, not in SaaS or media.

- Daily site leadership: Manage site set‑up, inductions, access, and logistics across multiple locations; maintain a professional site presence.

- H&S and compliance: Enforce RAMS and permits; run toolbox talks; ensure housekeeping and safe delivery/installation practices in line with CDM expectations.
- Programme & reporting: Maintain a site diary with progress photos; update milestones; flag risks/variations early; support snagging through to client sign‑off.
- Quality & handover: Verify installation standards, capture O&M inputs (labels/serials/photos), coordinate customer training, and prepare handover documentation.
- Stakeholder comms: Act as the point of contact on site for clients, building management, and internal teams; keep communication clear and proactive.
- Light admin: Use our ERP, Insite, Teams Planner & Smartshee for brief reports, trackers, and agendas—keeping paperwork lean and focused on delivery.
The Fit:
- Experience in construction, fit‑out, or installation‑led projects with exposure to site coordination (hospitality or interiors a plus).
- Confident communicator and problem‑solver who can influence subcontractors and uphold standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and other project management tools (Excel, Teams, Smartsheet, Insite).
- Certifications (advantageous): CSCS card; SSSTS (or willingness to obtain); Emergency First Aid; PASMA/IPAF as relevant to site needs.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel; comfortable with occasional out‑of‑hours or overnight work when programmes require.
Benefits:
- Support from an award-winning marketing, design, and sales team so you can focus on your role
- Bonus/commission structure
- Hybrid and flexible working, with 1 – 2 days in our Stevenage office and 3 – 4 days on-site
- Paid-for travel
- Wellbeing Employee Assistance Programme
- Company pension & life insurance
- Competitive holiday allowance including Bank Holidays
- Regular team lunches and events
- The opportunity to dine for free at our project sites including fine-dining restaurants and 5* hotels
