In-House Commercial Property Solicitor
You will be joining a family-owned business, acting exclusively for the firm's group companies, which hold a substantial property portfolio across London and the South East. The successful candidate will support and advise a busy commercial property management team whilst working within an established legal team of three solicitors. Responsibilities for this In-House Commercial Property Solicitor role: Managing commercial leases for shops, offices, and industrial estate units.
Handling 1954 Act business lease renewals (excluding litigation matters).
Advising on land and title queries.
Working independently with minimal supervision.Requirements for this In-House Commercial Property Solicitor role: Qualified Solicitor with strong commercial property experience, particularly in commercial leases.
A minimum of 7 years' PQE.
Training and/or experience gained within a City or national law firm.
