Team Assistant
Team Assistant – Financial Services (Temp to Perm)
Location: West End, London 5 days in office
Rate: £20.36–£22.62 per hour holiday pay
A leading financial services firm in the West End is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and organisational support to a busy team
Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Liaise with internal teams and external clients
Assist with expenses and general team coordination
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Administrator or Assistant in financial services (essential)
Strong MS Office and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
