Social Content Producer

The Basics:
● Salary: depending on experience
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum).
● Location: London, with travel to various events and activations expected.

The Role:
As Social Content Producer, you’ll be the creative engine behind the brand’s social channels, developing ideas, producing standout short-form video, and capturing content that connects with audiences through authenticity, humour, and culture.
You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, on-brand content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept to creation, and ensuring that every post reflects the brand’s adventurous, purpose-driven personality.
This is a fast-paced, highly creative role that blends content production, social strategy, and community connection.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Lead on the creation of short-form social content — from concepting and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Capture authentic, in-the-moment footage that reflects the brand’s spirit and community.
- Direct and collaborate with talent, athletes, and creators to produce co-created, story-driven content.
- Ensure all content is optimised for each platform, with a focus on storytelling, engagement, and shareability.
- Manage shoots end-to-end, from planning to post-production.
Social & Creative Strategy
- Support the development of the brand’s social strategy, ensuring a consistent drumbeat of creative and culturally relevant storytelling.
- Keep on top of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats — spotting opportunities for the brand to lead conversations.
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and design teams to ensure a cohesive visual and tonal identity across all channels.
Community & Engagement
- Be actively involved in the brand’s social presence — engaging with the community, responding to messages, and joining conversations.
- Identify opportunities to amplify user-generated and creator-led content that strengthens community connection.
Insights & Optimisation
- Track and report on content performance to identify what resonates and where to evolve.
- Use data and social insights to inform creative direction and continually improve reach and engagement.
What we're looking for:
We’re after a motivated and creative individual who’s passionate about digital culture and storytelling. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the confidence to bring your own ideas to the table.
- 1–2 years’ experience producing content for social — ideally in lifestyle, fitness, or youth culture brands, or within a creative agency.
- A natural storyteller who lives and breathes social — fluent in Reels, TikTok, and short-form video culture.
- Confident shooting and editing content using both professional and mobile equipment.
- Deep understanding of current trends, sounds, and formats, with the instinct to adapt them for brand authenticity.
- Creative, proactive, and resourceful, comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
- A genuine passion for adventure, the outdoors, and creating content that inspires people to move and explore.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and a data-driven approach to creative testing and iteration.
