Social Content Producer

Jobs in Fitness
London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly creative and hands-on Social Content Producer to join a fast-growing natural energy brand that’s redefining the industry with purpose, innovation, and sustainability at its heart.

This is a brand built on adventure, authenticity, and community , championing a natural approach to energy and inspiring people to live life outdoors. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a talented content creator who can bring their story to life across social platforms and help make them one of the most talked-about brands in the UK.

As part of a mission-led company that champions sustainability, adventure, and community, you’ll play a vital role in shaping its digital presence and engaging with a passionate audience. Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, you’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, take on real responsibility from day one, and develop your career as the business continues its upward journey.

The Basics:

● Salary: depending on experience

● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum).

● Location: London, with travel to various events and activations expected.

● Excellent work perks: including climbing & gym membership, monthly socials, free entry into events and competitions and more.

● Reporting to the Head of Marketing.

The Role:

As Social Content Producer, you’ll be the creative engine behind the brand’s social channels, developing ideas, producing standout short-form video, and capturing content that connects with audiences through authenticity, humour, and culture.

You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, on-brand content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept to creation, and ensuring that every post reflects the brand’s adventurous, purpose-driven personality.

This is a fast-paced, highly creative role that blends content production, social strategy, and community connection.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

  • Lead on the creation of short-form social content — from concepting and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing.
  • Capture authentic, in-the-moment footage that reflects the brand’s spirit and community.
  • Direct and collaborate with talent, athletes, and creators to produce co-created, story-driven content.
  • Ensure all content is optimised for each platform, with a focus on storytelling, engagement, and shareability.
  • Manage shoots end-to-end, from planning to post-production.

Social & Creative Strategy

  • Support the development of the brand’s social strategy, ensuring a consistent drumbeat of creative and culturally relevant storytelling.
  • Keep on top of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats — spotting opportunities for the brand to lead conversations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and design teams to ensure a cohesive visual and tonal identity across all channels.

Community & Engagement

  • Be actively involved in the brand’s social presence — engaging with the community, responding to messages, and joining conversations.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify user-generated and creator-led content that strengthens community connection.

Insights & Optimisation

  • Track and report on content performance to identify what resonates and where to evolve.
  • Use data and social insights to inform creative direction and continually improve reach and engagement.
What we're looking for:

We’re after a motivated and creative individual who’s passionate about digital culture and storytelling. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the confidence to bring your own ideas to the table.

  • 1–2 years’ experience producing content for social — ideally in lifestyle, fitness, or youth culture brands, or within a creative agency.
  • A natural storyteller who lives and breathes social — fluent in Reels, TikTok, and short-form video culture.
  • Confident shooting and editing content using both professional and mobile equipment.
  • Deep understanding of current trends, sounds, and formats, with the instinct to adapt them for brand authenticity.
  • Creative, proactive, and resourceful, comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
  • A genuine passion for adventure, the outdoors, and creating content that inspires people to move and explore.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and a data-driven approach to creative testing and iteration.
