Marketing Executive

We are excited to be partnering with an exciting, fast-growing health and wellness brand on the search for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Executive to join their team at an incredibly exciting stage of growth.

This brand is redefining healthy living, combining convenience with performance, and they are building a team of motivated, creative individuals who are just as passionate about health and fitness as they are. With a strong focus on brand expansion and community engagement, there is huge scope for development and progression in this role as the company scales.

The Role:

● Salary: £30,000-33,000

● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum) - 2-3 days in the office.

● Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).

The Role...

Influencer Sourcing & Campaigns

• Manage and grow the gifted influencer programme, delivering consistent weekly outreach and content engagement

• Identify and approach relevant micro-influencers to support brand visibility and campaign success

• Build relationships with content creators, encouraging authentic partnerships and performance-driven collaborations

• Collaborate with the growth team to ensure top influencer content is repurposed across paid social channels

Events & Activations

• Support the organisation and delivery of large-scale fitness and brand events

• Assist in planning and executing impactful activations at events such as Hyrox and Turf Games

• Coordinate the logistics of events, ensuring a seamless and standout brand experience
• Help deliver community-focused events that connect the brand locally and nationwide

Marketing Campaign Support

• Contribute to campaign ideation, planning and delivery across multiple channels (email, social, digital)
  Assist with marketing copywriting, asset creation and scheduling
  Ensure all content and communications align with brand tone, values and messaging
  Jump in to support across wider ad hoc marketing projects as needed

The Person...

• 1–2 years’ experience within a marketing role (agency or brand-side), ideally within health, wellness, fitness or food sectors
• A strong passion for the wellness industry, and a natural understanding of health-focused communities
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Great communication skills and confidence in building relationships with external partners
• Proactive and positive attitude, with a real ‘get stuck in’ approach
• Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies
• Copywriting and basic content creation skills are a bonus
