Key Responsibilities : 

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 4 students, igniting their curiosity and fostering a love for learning. 

- Use ongoing assessment to monitor student progress, providing targeted support and feedback to facilitate academic growth and achievement. 

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, ensuring coherence and continuity across the curriculum. 

- Employ innovative teaching techniques and resources to inspire critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students.

- Maintain open communication with parents and stakeholders, building positive partnerships to support student learning and well-being.

Requirements: 

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, preferably within a primary school setting. 

- Strong subject knowledge in English and mathematics, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction and achieving excellent outcomes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
