The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a key role across lead generation, proposal support, and internal coordination helping ensure the pipeline is full and flowing.

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Supporting outbound lead generation via cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Maintaining and progressing opportunities through the sales funnel using Monday.com
  • Drafting and sending client proposals and quotes, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination
  • Conducting market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
  • Managing task and meeting coordination for the business development team and CEO
  • Creating and posting LinkedIn updates to maintain brand presence and engagement
  • Maintaining CRM records and ensuring sales data accuracy
  • Providing general office and administrative support as needed

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools like Monday.com is a bonus
