Operations Support Manager

- Ensuring that all onsite Event Managers have the required paperwork for each event
- Supporting with inputting of supplier purchase orders and corresponding invoices
- Liaising with the staffing partners to ensure that all events have correct resource allocated
- Working with Finance team to ensure that all post event costs are assigned as required
- Liaising with kitchen teams in distribution of event specific allergen information
- Researching for specific items for client specific items
- To support the sales, ops and kitchen teams with planning and running of specific tastings
- Assist operations team with pre-event ordering from approved suppliers
- Opportunity to support on varied and diverse events
- Possess excellent communication and reporting skills
- Able to form relationships with all levels and departments within the business
- Effective decision-making and problem-making skills
- Be client facing and ability to understand what contributes towards a 5-star service
- Neat and professional demeanor and appearance
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication
- A proactive approach with enthusiasm and commercial awareness
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as individually
- An interest in catering and events industry
- Computer literacy with excellent knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel and Word
