The Role: Franchising & Licensing Consultant

Chapter 2 is partnering with a high-growth client operating a successful global brand in the hospitality space. As they explore the next phase of expansion, we're looking for an experienced Franchising and Licensing Consultant to help evaluate and execute the right growth strategy, taking the business into the franchising and/or licensing space.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions:

Your Profile:

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record of building and scaling a brand through franchising or licensing
  • Ability to advise on the strategic roadmap , including pros, cons, opportunities, and risks
  • Deep knowledge of the commercials, financing models , and operational frameworks involved
  • Preferred experience with guest-focused or destination-based brands (e.g., hotels, restaurants, leisure services)
  • Someone who can assess the client's products and help determine their suitability for either route.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential franchising and licensing opportunities.
  • Engage in B2B sales activities to promote franchise offerings and secure partnerships.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing client relationships, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Provide bilingual support in Spanish to enhance communication with diverse clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective franchising strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
