Trainee Teaching Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our NTAP (National Teaching Assistant Programme) pathway, supporting both primary and secondary schools across Hackney

  • Supporting students with a range of abilities and learning needs
  • Assisting in the delivery of engaging lessons
  • Promoting positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment
  • Providing additional support for students with SEN where required
  • Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:

  • A genuine interest in working with children and young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A proactive and flexible approach

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Suitable TA experience
