Daily Rate: 370 - 420
Working Pattern: Full Time

Your Role:
As a Senior Risk and Compliance Manager, you will:

• Lead global pay equity and HR compliance programmes, collaborating with teams across the organisation.
• Partner with Legal and internal teams to identify compliance requirements and propose effective business solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
• Dive deep into data to identify trends and validate data quality, transforming complex compliance requirements into actionable solutions.
• Communicate effectively at all levels, preparing and presenting project summaries to senior leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and best practises.

Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, equal employment/pay equity compliance, or compensation programmes.
• Strong data-driven and business writing skills, enabling effective communication of complex information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Master's degree or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to optimise processes.
