We are looking for a Donor Provision Coordinator to join our Donor Provision team.

Title: Donor Provision Coordinator

Salary: £32,820 per annum

Contract: 12-month fixed term

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid*, with head office in Hampstead, London

• Manage a continually changing workload of donor work ups for patient transplants, and medical research all with competing priorities

• Liaise extensively with donors, Transplant Centres, customers and stakeholders, providing accurate, timely and concise information, always delivering excellent customer service

• The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with good written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to multitask and prioritise, always maintain a complete review of your caseload and be able to work in a high-pressure environment. You will be used to working in a role requiring a high level of admin and will be highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, as is the ability to work well as part of a team.
