From ecommerce and social to CRM and paid media, you’ll design work that not only looks distinctive, but feels intuitive, relevant and easy to engage with.

This role sits at the intersection of brand expression, UX thinking and commercial performance. You’ll be hands on in execution, learning how design decisions impact customer behaviour, experience and conversion—while building the foundations of your digital and UX capability

  • Adapt and scale creative across formats and devices, ensuring consistency, accessibility and seamless user experience across all touchpoints
  • Support ecommerce and performance goals by creating intuitive journeys that help customers discover, understand and choose products
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Creative, Ecommerce, UX, Performance, Production) to build scalable digital toolkits and continuously improve design decisions through UX best practice and performance insight

KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

  • Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
  • Strong foundational skills in digital visual design—layout, typography, colour and composition.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
  • An understanding of UX and customer centric design principles, such as hierarchy, clarity, responsiveness and ease of interaction.
  • Awareness of how digital design functions across ecommerce, social, CRM and paid environments.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity about how people use digital products, and a desire to improve work through iteration.
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback from creative, design, UX and commercial partners.
  • An interest in culture, fashion and how brands create meaningful digital experiences.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Hybrid working
  • Welcome free pair of Docs
  • ‘Buy as you Earn’ Share scheme
  • 65% off all Docs
  • 50% off Accessories
  • Pension Scheme through Aviva
  • Life Assurance
  • 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
  • Private healthcare
  • 2 paid volunteer days per year
