Sales Development Representative - Intern

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain exposure into the Fintech industry first hand through an internship within our go to market team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven intern to join our growing corporate client sales team. During your internship you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential charity and educational customers, initiating contact through cold outreach, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is essential in the early stages of the sales funnel and plays a key part in driving company growth. You will work closely with both our talented marketing and sales teams.
You’ll gain practical experience in CRM management, sales skills, and process improvement, making this a great opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels – specifically to charities, private schools and educational trusts
- Identify decision-makers
- Schedule meetings or demos for Account Managers
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and customer interactions on HubSpot
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and meetings booked
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
· You’re a university student in London or nearby, and eager to build a career in sales.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
· Highly organized with attention to detail
· Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Working Pattern
We recognise the value of in person collaboration and operate a hybrid working model from our London office. Our teams work onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) and remotely for 2 days, providing flexibility alongside the benefits of working together.
