Interim Financial Consultant - PE backed Insurance - 500/day

Overview:
We are working with a private equity-backed insurance business undergoing a period of rapid growth and transformation, driven by both organic expansion and targeted acquisitions. As part of this journey, they are investing in their financial infrastructure and are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant to support the implementation of NetSuite, with a particular focus on data migration and process alignment.
The Opportunity:
This is a high-impact role at the centre of a finance transformation programme, working closely with the CFO, senior finance leadership and wider business stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring the finance function is scalable, controlled, and aligned to the demands of a PE environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of finance data mapping from CCH into NetSuite
• Oversee data cleansing, migration and integration activities across multiple entities
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial data within the new system
• Support and enhance order-to-cash processes (revenue, invoicing, credit control, debtors)
• Contribute across procure-to-pay (P2P) and record-to-report (R2R) cycles
• Partner with finance, IT and operational teams to deliver a smooth system transition
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Support the evolving reporting requirements of a PE-backed insurance group

Candidate Profile:
Essential:

• Proven experience delivering NetSuite implementations or finance system migrations
• Strong understanding of financial data mapping, cleansing and integration
• Previous experience with CCH or similar legacy accounting systems
• Hands-on experience across O2C processes (revenue, invoicing, debtors)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving and commercially driven environment

Desirable:

• Experience in insurance or financial services
• Exposure to PE-backed or acquisitive businesses
• Experience working in multi-entity / international group structures
