Director, Publisher Development -AdTech
An opportunity to join a thriving AdTech company as Director of Publisher Development.
This is a crucial position to the current and future growth and success of the business, and we are looking for strategic, commercially and product-driven Senior Publisher Development professional to explore opportunities and partner with large publisher clients.
Key Duties;
- Leadership – Lead and mentor a small team of Sales Account Managers.
- Ability to generate new business revenue.
- Provide strategic advice and offer product solutions to publisher clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell across a portfolio of AdTech products.
- Provide industry insights & trends to the product development team to improve current product lines and new product decisions.
About you;
- Technology minded with a minimum of 6- 7 years of Publisher Development Sales experience within the AdTech sector.
- Experience selling complex AdTech solutions, and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders at senior positions.
- Understanding DMP/CDP product proposition and audience segmentation is highly beneficial.
- Hight level of emotional intelligence – a must-have!
Up to £100k base + generous OTE + excellent benefits
