We create inspiring, design-led spaces that blend hospitality, community, and wellbeing, so people can work productively, creatively, and happily.

At Fora, we’re not just shaping workplaces, we’re shaping the future of work.
The Role
Technology is an important part of the experience we create for our clients. We’re looking for a Client Technology Infrastructure Consultant to help clients understand their technology options and turn their requirements into practical solutions across connectivity, networking, Wi-Fi and AV.
You’ll be involved throughout the client journey, from presales conversations and technical discovery through to solution design, quotation, installation and handover. Working closely with Sales, Operations and Technology, you’ll make complex requirements easier to navigate and help ensure the solutions we deliver work for both our clients and our spaces.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with consultancy, problem-solving and project delivery.
Please note this position is 4 days in the office and 1 day working from anywhere. The role is based in London.

Solution Design & Delivery
- Turn client requirements into practical solutions across internet connectivity, networking, Wi-Fi and workplace AV.
- Scope and quote client technology requirements, including AV solutions for client offices.
- Coordinate installations and technical delivery, working across internal teams and external contractors.
- Support client fit-outs and office moves, helping ensure technology requirements are considered through to handover.
Projects & Partners
- Take ownership of more complex client requirements involving bespoke infrastructure, connectivity or third-party suppliers.
- Coordinate external suppliers where specialist delivery is required, bringing the right people together to keep projects moving.
- Manage the technical elements of smaller fit-out projects and client office installations.
- Coordinate connectivity installations and wayleave requirements where clients have approval to bring their own internet connection into a Fora location.
Improving the Client Technology Experience
- Act as a link between technical and non-technical teams, creating clarity around requirements, solutions and delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve Fora’s client technology products and processes based on client needs and feedback.
- Create practical guidance and knowledge resources that make technology easier for clients and internal teams to navigate.
- Provide clear updates on presales activity and client technology projects to relevant stakeholders.
About You
You’re comfortable moving between technical detail and client conversations, and you know how to make technology understandable without oversimplifying it. You’ll be confident asking the right questions, challenging requirements where needed and bringing different teams together to find practical solutions.
You enjoy taking ownership and solving problems while keeping the client experience at the centre of how you work.
Requirements
