Gym Manager

Join the UK’s leading fitness brand as an Assistant Gym Manager, delivering an exceptional member experience and leading a team of fitness professionals.

The role involves:

• Member Experience: Ensure high standards and service excellence, supporting the Gym Manager in new member acquisitions through outreach and events.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and motivate a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors. Foster a positive work environment.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for fitness staff to enhance skills and career growth.
• Group Exercise: Manage and improve the group exercise offering within the gym.

You'll embody 'Feel PureGym Good', driving results with resilience, confidence, and integrity. A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and group exercise experience are essential.

Key Details

• Pay: £32,588 per annum (40 hours per week)
• Holiday: 33 days (including bank holidays) + 1 personal day
• Location: Enfield

What You Need

• A L2 qualification in gym instructing and group exercise experience.

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a gym environment.
