Description: Goldman Sachs is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC) legal team in London. The successful candidate will focus on supporting mortgages, CMBS, receivables financing, repackaging/asset-backed securities, and CLO businesses. The role involves advising on the structuring and execution of transactions, managing relevant regulatory requirements, and addressing legal and reputational issues across the transaction lifecycle. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including trading, structuring, investment banking, compliance, and internal audit.
Eligibility: Applicants should have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained within a comparable financial institution or a well-regarded law firm.
