Learning Support Assistant - Bexley
A welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in South East London is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join its supportive SEND team. This is a full-time, term-time-only position supporting students to access learning, develop confidence and achieve their potential.
About the role
You will work closely with teaching staff and the SEND team to provide targeted support for students with additional needs, both in the classroom and through small-group interventions. The role also involves supporting students during less structured parts of the school day, helping to create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant - Bexley you will:
- Passionate about supporting young people
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in SEND enviornemnts
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, care or support setting.
