Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a respected secondary school in the London Borough of Hackney. This is a full-time position beginning April 2026 , overseeing maintenance, site safety and facilities management.

The successful Site Manager will ensure the school site is safe, secure and well maintained. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance tasks, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and supporting the overall operational needs of the school.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities professional to join a supportive school where site management plays an important role in maintaining a positive learning environment.

Experience and Qualifications
• Experience working as a Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Manager
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and building maintenance
• Experience supervising contractors and coordinating site works
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Legal ability to work within the UK
