Key Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership on pay transparency, reward philosophy, and evolving market trends in gaming and tech industry.
Coach and support leaders, People Partners and Talent teams to ensure consistency in total rewards practices and communication across all levels.

Excellent analytical and market benchmarking skills, with comfort using data to inform strategic recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex business dynamics with clarity and confidence.
A builder mindset — pragmatic, adaptive, and energized by creating structure in growing, creative organizations.
Industry experience in gaming, entertainment, tech and/or adjacent spaces preferred.
