The Role
We are seeking a Talent Recruitment Manager to support the continued growth of Axioms legal talent business in London and the broader EMEA region . This is a managerlevel individual contributor role with meaningful autonomy and impact operating at the intersection of talent strategy stakeholder advisory and candidate experience.
Through innovative and thoughtful talent acquisition strategies you will play a critical role in building and sustaining a highquality pipeline of legal talent aligned to Axioms client demand and longterm growth plans. You will partner closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders while delivering a bestinclass experience for candidates.
This role offers the opportunity to help shape Axioms presence in the UK market while working alongside a collaborative highperforming global Talent team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for:
- Executing against Axioms legal talent acquisition strategy in the UK including the identification assessment and attraction of highcalibre legal talent through both traditional and creative sourcing channels.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for lawyer and legal professional candidates managing the fullcycle recruitment process while ensuring a positive transparent and efficient candidate experience.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by providing insight into market trends talent availability pipeline health and recruitment progress .
- Partnering with business and talent leadership to develop customised strategic hiring plans aligned to client needs and evolving market demand.
- Building and maintaining strong longterm relationships with legal talent and consistently acting as an ambassador for the Axiom brand .
- Staying current on recruiting trends competitive dynamics and developments within the legal industry to continuously inform and refine recruitment strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
Successful candidates will demonstrate alignment with both the role and Axioms unique culture. Required qualifications include:
- 4 years of professional recruiting experience and/or legal experience ideally within the legal professional services or regulated industries.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage influence and build credibility with seniorlevel candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to operate effectively with sophisticated highcalibre talent .
- High attention to detail paired with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Sound judgment problemsolving capability and confidence operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- A genuine interest in Axioms business model and the evolving legal services landscape.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
