ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Sales Specialist
LOCATION: London, UK (hybrid 3 days /week in the office)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full time
SALARY RANGE: 27.000-36.000 / year
What you'll do:
Sales, sales, sales: first and foremost, you’re primary task is hunting and converting leads through any means possible, performing both inbound sales activities as well as outbound ones;
You’ll be the point of contact for our WeRoaders and will be in contact with them through all major Sales channels (Facebook, Zendesk, Whatsapp, phone, and more);
You’ll keep the sales process organized by maintaining and updating an efficient sales pipeline and record of interaction with customers;
You’ll be an expert on all of our adventures, able to give tailored advice to customers who are looking for support in finding and ultimately booking the perfect tour;
You’ll be the point person for pre and post tour operations and care;
You’ll support our WeRoaders in case of complaints or any kind of assistance
What we’re looking for:
You have 1-2 years experience in B2C sales and/or customer facing roles
You have a hunger for sales/leads hunting
You are english native/fluent AND speak at least one other language at a professional level (Spanish, German, French, or Italian)
You are highly enthusiastic: an all-star communicator, able to transmit your energy and personality into your telephone, written, online and face-to-face interactions;
You are ambitious: you love having a target to reach and exceed and are self-motivated to achieve results;
You are a people person and comfortable proactively contacting customers who have shown an interest in the WeRoad product;
You are sociable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
