About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead and scale our partner ecosystem. This is a senior-level role with both strategic and operational responsibilities. You’ll be the key point of contact for our partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, commercial alignment, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships—from onboarding to performance reviews.
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure contractual alignment with business goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations with partners, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with company strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase partner value.
- Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Monitor compliance and risk, including VAT-related matters (nice to have).
- Report regularly to leadership on partnership performance and strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a large accountancy firm ; experience in partner or supplier management or commercial operations is also highly relevant.
- Proven track record of managing external relationships and internal stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Experience with VAT or tax-related services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re confident speaking with senior partners.
- Proactive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing people and building high-performing teams.
- Based in Budapest - HU or London - UK, with willingness to travel occasionally between offices.
