Senior Project Manager - Client Side
Client Side Senior Project Manager
Central London
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of London's leading owners and operators of flexible workspace during a significant period of growth and transformation.
With a refreshed leadership team and substantial investment committed across its extensive London portfolio, the business is delivering an ambitious programme of refurbishment, asset repositioning, and customer experience improvements. More than £55 million of capital projects are planned this year alone, with further investment anticipated as the portfolio continues to evolve.
Reporting directly to the Head of Project Management, you will take ownership of multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects ranging from £500k to £5m across a diverse commercial property portfolio.
This is a hands-on client-side position, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in the technical detail. The team takes pride in being highly engaged throughout the delivery process rather than relying solely on external advisors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead office refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception through to completion.
Manage external consultants, contractors, and professional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and challenge design proposals, technical specifications, and consultant outputs.
Oversee procurement, project governance, programme management, and cost control.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal asset management teams on construction and refurbishment matters.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Support wider capital investment initiatives and portfolio improvement strategies.
About You
Ideally 5+ years' project management experience within commercial real estate or construction.
Proven track record delivering office refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies, building services, and project delivery.
Comfortable reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Client-side experience is advantageous but not essential.
Professional qualifications (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or similar) are desirable but not essential.
Why Join?
Be part of a business investing heavily in its portfolio and long-term growth strategy.
Work directly with an experienced leadership team driving meaningful change across the estate.
Access to a substantial pipeline of secured projects.
Collaborative, mature, and flexible working environment.
Opportunity to make a visible impact on the quality, performance, and customer experience of a major London property portfolio.
Genuine scope for career development within a growing and evolving business.
