The Best Connection is working with a reputable client specialising in the delivery and installation of white goods and household appliances. Known for providing reliable and professional delivery services, they ensure products reach customers' homes safely and are handled with the utmost care.

We are now seeking Drivers Mates to join the delivery team in Hayes, assisting with the transportation and delivery of white goods such as fridges, washing machines, ovens, and other large appliances. This role involves heavy lifting and regular interaction with customers, so professionalism, teamwork, and great communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the driver with loading and unloading white goods
• Safely delivering appliances into customers' homes or business premises
• Handling goods carefully to prevent damage during delivery
• Providing a first-class delivery experience for every customer
• Helping with navigation and ensuring deliveries run on schedule

What We're Looking For:

• Good level of physical fitness - heavy lifting required
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Professional and well-presented, with excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with a friendly attitude
• Previous Drivers Mate or delivery experience preferred (experience with white goods an advantage)

Shift Details:

• Start Time: 6:30am
• End Time: Job till finish (hours vary depending on route)
• Pay: £12.60 per hour
• Overnight Stays: Occasionally required - hotel accommodation and meals will be provided and paid for
