Environmental Health Officer
Environmental Health Officer needed in Bromley Paying £28.14 per hr ref OR23607
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections, audits, and investigations across relevant environmental health areas
- Assess compliance with environmental legislation and prepare enforcement notices where required
- Investigate complaints relating to housing standards, public health, food safety, noise, and environmental nuisances (adjust based on your specialism)
- Provide expert advice to businesses, landlords, residents, and stakeholders
- Prepare reports, statements, and evidence for legal proceedings
- Contribute to proactive public health initiatives and community safety projects
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely case management
