Leading BPA Reinsurance Actuary

Job Details

Clarence George is working with a leading UK BPA provider to appoint a Reinsurance Actuary as they expand their Origination team . The role will support the growth of their funded reinsurance business, working at the centre of transactions with phenomenal exposure across the entire business and direct access to senior management and external counterparties.

You’ll be involved in pricing new arrangements, reviewing quotations, and helping to onboard and maintain relationships with reinsurers. The position also covers treaty monitoring, collateral management, and contributing to presentations with the CFO, CIO, Chief Actuary, and CEO. With exposure across Finance, Risk, and Investments, the role offers a rare front-office platform and the opportunity to shape a growing area of the business.

Profile :

• FIA (or close to qualification), 1–5 years’ PQE
• Experience in BPA or reinsurance pricing
• Exceptionally strong communication skills with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders
• Commercial, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
