This opportunity is ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership of a team, lead from the front, and set the pace through performance. You’ll work closely with clients, manage day-to-day campaign activity, and coach others to develop their own skills and results.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading by example in customer-facing sales and campaign activity
• Coaching and developing a small team of representatives to hit daily and weekly goals
• Monitoring performance metrics and providing feedback to improve results
• Supporting client representation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across projects
• Participating in leadership workshops and management development sessions
• Contributing ideas for continuous improvement within the sales process

We’re looking for someone who can commute to London daily and is ready to get started soon.
