This is a broad generalist role offering exposure across both operational HR and strategic initiatives during a period of transformation.

Acting as a trusted HR partner, you will deliver day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle while also supporting key projects related to policy development, culture, and organisational design. • Proven experience delivering or supporting HR projects.
  • Sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Skilled at managing stakeholders and influencing effectively.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within financial services, insurance, or a regulated sector.
  • Exposure to organisational change or transformation.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and process improvement.
  • Experience supporting engagement, D&I, or culture programmes.
