About Us

At The Hearing Care Partnership (THCP) , we are passionate about transforming hearing care across the UK. We collaborate with independent opticians and other healthcare providers to deliver exceptional audiology services, whilst building long-term, sustainable growth.

We are now seeking a driven and resourceful New Business Development Manager to join our team and play a vital role in expanding our partner network.

Role Purpose

You will be responsible for delivering THCP’s required partner growth within your region, identifying high-quality opportunities in both Optometry and wider allied healthcare sectors. • Support B2B communications and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Explore new business development ideas and forge strategic partnerships to drive growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar growth-focused role.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships across healthcare and commercial sectors.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and target-driven approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.

We are committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment and creating a workplace culture in which diversity and inclusion is valued and everyone is treated with dignity and respect. As part of our zero-tolerance approach to discrimination in any form, you and any job applicants will receive equal treatment regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation (Protected Characteristics).
