Physiotherapist and Clinic Manager - Roehampton
Key responsibilities include: #
Ensure delivery of clinical excellence by all team members and individually through personal caseload management.
Work closely with the Roehampton Club to grow member engagement and utilisation of our expertise, developing close links with the Health Club, Tennis, Golf, Padel, Squash and Croquet teams.
Responsible for the availability and performance of the clinical team against forecast.
Assisting in the recruitment of new clinicians to complement the current skill mix.
Manage the clinic to deliver optimal patient experience and outcomes in conjunction with Operational leads.
Outreach and health engagement with the local community, driving engagement with for example local GP practices and sports teams.
Implementing service development.
