IT Support Technician (2nd Line)
About the Ned:
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
Reporting into the IT Manager you will:
- Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network issues across the hotel
- Assist guests, members, and staff with IT-related queries and ensure excellent service
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including user access and system security
- Support the rollout of new technologies and ensure compliance with The Ned’s IT standards
- Maintain accurate documentation, backups, and inventory of IT assets
- Provide out-of-hours support when required and take ownership of IT tasks in the absence of the Head of IT

What you can bring to the role:
- 2–5 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in hospitality
- Experience with some of the systems we use, including: Windows Server 2019 / Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite / 365, Okta SSO
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Micros/Symphony, or IPTV is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of security, documentation, and IT best practices
